Trade name right

A trade name is the name under which a business is conducted. No application or registration is required to obtain a trade name right. Registration in the trade register is also not required.

A trade name may not give rise to any misrepresentation concerning the business's ownership, legal form or nature. Also, no confusion may be created among the public with regard to an older trademark or the name of another business.
