mr ir H.J. Zonneveld

Hendrik Jan Zonneveld graduated in 1988 in Industrial Design at the Delft University of Technology. In 1994 he passed his exam before the Benelux Vereniging voor Merken en Modellen (the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs), BMM. He is a Dutch patent attorney as of 1995, European trademark attorney since 1996 and European patent attorney since 1997. In 2008 he acquired a masters degree in Dutch law.

Hendrik Jan has extensive experience in filing trademarks and designs in the Benelux as well as for the European Union and for international deposits. He also gained experience with trademark oppositions and litigation procedures.
