Ms. mr drs M.M. Geerlings

Heleen Geerlings has a degree in European Law from the University of Utrecht. Heleen passed her exam before the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs in 1992 and has been a European Trademark Attorney since 1996. After having worked in both private practice and in industry for over 18 years, she came to work for De Vries & Metman in 2008.

Heleen has extensive experience in obtaining and defending trademark rights, both in the Benelux, the European Union and in various other jurisdictions. Heleen is also quite experienced in the field of trademark licensing as well as in the trademark related aspects of acquisitions and divestments.
